• Modelled 250+ sheet metal and weldment parts and detailed 500+ drawings with a strong DFM focus, serving as sole designer and primary technical contact with the customer from kickoff through sign-off
• Coordinated directly with the fabrication shop on manufacturability and created bills of materials in the ERP system, sourcing materials with suppliers for engineering prototypes
