Project Astraeus is an international nonprofit organization accelerating youth engineering projects.

• Co-founded an international nonprofit accelerating youth engineering projects; secured $8,655 in seed funding via competitive pitch, established 3+ university chapters, and redistributed $2K+ directly to student-led initiatives
• Recruited and led an undergraduate team to develop technical workshops reaching 30+ students in computer vision, systems integration, reinforcement learning, CAD, and entrepreneurship
• Built institutional partnerships with UWaterloo GreenHouse, Incubator Hacks, and Pinata Pitch Montreal; onboarded organization onto Google Workspace and established governance processes
