intro

Mechatronics Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. I came in wanting to do robotics engineering, and that's still where I'm headed. Specifically the mechanical side: robot mechanisms, drivetrains, actuators, structures, and the physical systems that make machines actually move and work.

Through mechatronics I've built up real experience in firmware, embedded systems, and software, enough to work across the full stack of a hardware project. But my genuine passion is in mechanical engineering and design. I'm most in my element with SolidWorks, DFM, physical prototyping, and building things you can hold. I'm a Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert (CSWE) and have shipped designs ranging from industrial weldments to 3D-printed robotics mechanisms.

I'm looking for roles in robotics, mechanical design, or anything pushing the boundaries of what machines can do. Automotive, industrial, research. If it's innovative and involves serious mechanical engineering, I want in.

In my free time I play tennis. If you're in the Waterloo region, reach out.
